Orders received Monday through Friday before noon PST (excluding major holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders are shipped, and
please note products are sold by weight not volume and contents may shift during shipping.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
- Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days and Federal Holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order, go to the carrier's website at www.
usps.com. You may type in the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Tracking information is immediately available
when your products are shipped.
- For time sensitive requests, such as order cancellations or address changes, please email us for assistance. Emails are checked daily.
- We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled for various reasons including:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- A duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any additional charge. Cancellations received after the 24 hour grace
period when a product has already shipped shall be subject to ordinary return and restocking fees. Please see Returns above for more
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for a shipping carton to
show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt).
- We rely upon our postal carriers to provide excellent service and accurate tracking information to our customers. Please note, we reserve
the right to refuse replacement of damaged items if customer fails to report damaged item promptly. Replacements will not be honored if
damage is reported more than 48 hours after receipt.
- Please provide your order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. We will process a replacement as
soon as we receive the damaged product by return mail. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials
and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
- Products may be returned within 14 days of shipment and must be received at our facility by the 14th day. Please return the unused
portion in its original packaging. To prepare your return package, please write the reason for your return on the invoice enclosed in your
original order and place it inside the return package. Refunds will be processed as received. Reimbursements will be processed within
thirty days of return.
- Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we strongly recommend that you send your return insured or for the full product value
via any carrier of your choosing. Please retain your tracking information until the parcel is confirmed received by us.
- Your return will be processed promptly upon receipt. Returns will not be processed on weekends. An email will be sent to confirm receipt
and processing of your return request.
